Welcome New Students to MMJHS!

New Student Registration begins Monday, July 14, 2008. 

The following is required to enroll in the Elmore County Public Schools System:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Certificate of Immunization from the State of Alabama
  • Address Verification (see below)
  • Report Card from last school attended
  • Withdrawal paperwork from last school attended
  • If transferring from out of state: Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Phone and Fax number of last school attended.

For Address Verification please bring two of the following:

  • Property Tax Records
  • Deed or Mortgage
  • Apartment or Home Lease
  • Utility Bills (fixed utilities)
  • Driver's License
  • Voter Identification
  • Automobile Registration
  • Homeowners Insurance Policy

All documents must be originals, copies will not be accepted.
